Managing Director – Edward Coulson

Embarking on my professional journey as a carpentry apprentice after school, I earned my NVQ Level 3 and progressed to managing teams of over 100 carpenters on large construction projects in London. Transitioning to independent projects, I expanded to lead a team on significant ventures. Today, our nationally recognised company specialises in healthcare, handling new builds, substantial conversions, and projects for NHS and children’s services across the UK. Proudly self-made, we own a fleet of vehicles and a substantial warehouse with an attached office in Letchworth Hertfordshire. Our growth is evident in collaborations with esteemed clients, and we’re optimistic about our future achievements.

Project Manager – Rowan Clark

Rowan embarked on his professional journey in 1997 as an apprentice carpenter, attaining NVQ Level 3 in carpentry and joinery. Progressing to the role of a working Foreman, he furthered his education by returning to college in 2010 to study site management, eventually achieving the status of a chartered site manager. Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed diverse projects, ranging from the conversion of a Luton town center nightclub into high-end flats to overseeing a £4 million project in St Albans, transforming a brownfield site with shops and industrial units into houses, flats, and a retail unit. With five years of dedicated service at E-Coulson, Rowan now serves as the overseer for various projects, including the refurbishment of care homes and the construction of new houses, with geographical reach extending as far as Devon.
